The different grips and terms?

Hello everyone,
I am completely new to fans. I have been spinning poi for over 8 years. Dancing with poi its how you twist your body/arm/wrist/legs more than how I hold my handles.

I am familiar with movement terms such as phase and direction

But can anyone explain the grip terms (pictures worth a thousand words)
inside and outside would be nice.
Front/Frontal grip
Side grip
Other grip
Grip for I-relation
